Helping your pets live the best life possible for as long as possible.
Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. New clients to the clinic need to call in order to set up their account and first appointment. All new clients are required to pay an Appointment Reservation Fee in order to hold your appointment. That fee is applied as a credit on your account towards your first appointment. If the appointment is missed or cancelled, the fee is non-refundable.

Appointments will be seen by their appointed time. However, emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For your convenience, 'drop-off' appointments are available. A 'drop off' appointment allows you to bring your pet at a time that works for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, he or she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. For this reason we ask you to restrain your pet when arriving for your appointment (see patient arrival policy, below).
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and Care Credit. We also are willing to set up a prepayment plan for planned services. For more information regarding prepayment, please call us at (309)699-6443.
